Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website be-ikigai.com (the "Site") and the coaching services offered by Pierre-Louis (the "Provider").
2. Acceptance
Use of the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
3. Services
The Provider offers individual and family coaching services based on the Ikigai method:
- Discovery session: 30 minutes free, by phone or videoconference.
- Ikigai Diagnosis: €580 incl. taxes, introspection session with action plan delivered within 48 hours.
- The Sprint: intensive coaching, on quote.
- The Sentinel: long-term follow-up, on quote.
- Family Bond: on quote.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings are made through the contact form or the booking module on the Site. Payment is due no later than the day of the service, by bank transfer or any other agreed method. Invoices are issued after payment.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be invoiced in full.
"100% Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee: if after the Ikigai Diagnosis you consider you did not receive the expected value, you have 7 days to request a full refund in writing at [email protected].
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract. If the service begins before this period expires at the Client's express request, the Client waives the right of withdrawal for the part performed.
7. Provider's obligations
The Provider undertakes a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result. The Provider applies expertise, active listening and coaching tools in accordance with coaching ethics.
8. Client's obligations
The Client agrees to actively participate in sessions, provide truthful information and respect the agreed schedule. Coaching is in no way a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care.
9. Confidentiality
The Provider is bound by professional secrecy. No information exchanged in session will be disclosed to a third party without the Client's express consent, except where required by law.
10. Intellectual property
Materials, methods and educational content shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Pierre-Louis / be-ikigai and are made available to the Client for personal use only.
11. Liability
The Provider cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Client following the sessions, nor for their professional, personal or financial consequences.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the Provider's domicile, subject to any mandatory public policy provisions.
Pursuant to article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, Clients may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
