That feeling of ticking all the boxes of a "successful life", but feeling a deep emptiness that slowly grows.
This impression of running in a hamster wheel, living on semi-autopilot without really knowing what's happening.
Sunday evening when the thought of Monday weighs heavy, that vague feeling of not being fully alive, this sensation taking space between who we are and who we must be to feel good.
A person who feels increasingly alone in this changing world.
A parent wanting to better understand their child and build a lasting relationship.
A child seeking to quickly know themselves and find their path.
If these words resonate with you, it's no accident. It's an inner call signaling it's time to change. Let's cultivate together the desire to desire.
All the answers you seek, this energy, this obviousness... they are not outside. They are within you, a precious treasure, let's find it together by talking. This Japanese philosophy is much more than a concept, it is your new "reason for being".
Finding your Ikigai means setting out to discover who you really are in order to create perfect harmony between your passion, your talents, and what you bring to the world.
My guidance is not a simple discussion, it will not follow a formal and rigid process. What I offer is much more authentic: a relationship of trust, a space for deep and honest exchange.
In this space, I will be the one holding the lantern to gently light your inner path. The one who truly listens to help you hear what your heart is trying to say. It is in the quality of this exchange that we will find, together, your Ikigai.
You wake up in the morning with renewed energy and the certainty of loving your life.
Your choices become clear, fluid, and aligned with who you are.
Your professional and personal life are no longer in conflict and nourish each other.
You feel a sense of peace, accomplishment, and legitimacy; now every day has meaning.
Ikigai, a philosophy born on the Japanese island of Okinawa, reveals the secret of a long and meaningful life. On this island, where many centenarians thrive, finding your raison d'être, cultivating your passions, and creating daily value is what nourishes the body and soul.
This diagram represents the Japanese concept of Ikigai, or "reason for being". It symbolizes perfect harmony among four fundamental elements of your life:
At the center of it all, your Ikigai is that gentle obviousness that gives deep meaning to your existence.
My professional journey gave me an incredible chance: collaborating and connecting with people from worldwide, from Latin America to the US, from Africa to the Middle East, from Asia to Europe. This constant immersion taught me one essential thing: beyond our cultural differences, our quest for meaning is universal.
Within my own teams, I saw incredible potentials, often dormant and misdirected. I then started, initially intuitively, to guide some of my collaborators. Not by telling them what to do, but by helping them understand who they were and what truly drove them.
Seeing a person blossom, find their rightful place and unlock their potential quickly became the greatest satisfaction of my career. I then understood that what was just part of my job was actually my true calling. The joy and meaning found in these coaching sessions became my reason to wake up in the morning.
Today, I made this passion my mission: my own Ikigai is to help you find yours
One month after our session, Pierre-Louis's questions are still echoing and helping me make the right choices in my career.
